How much does Malta Citizenship by investment Cost?
Malta citizenship costs:
In 2023, the Minimum investment amount for Maltese Citizenship (passport) is typically over €850,000
- Contribution to Malta – €750,000 after 1 year or €600,000 after 3 years residency
- Dependents – €50,000 each
- Buy a property €700,000 Or Rent home €16,000 per year
- Philanthropic contribution – €10,000
Information on Maltese Citizenship through Investing
PROPERTY PURCHASE OR RENTAL – House/Real Estate
Applicants are required to make an investment in property of at least €700,000 or enter a property rental contract for at least €16,000 p.a, both on five year contracts.
CONTRIBUTION TO THE NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT & SOCIAL FUND
To qualify for Maltese citizenship through exceptional services, the main applicant is required to contribute at least €750,000 to Malta after completing 1 year of residency or €600,000 after completing 3 years of residency.
Dependents of the Main Applicant are required to contribute €50,000 each.
PHILANTROPHIC DONATION
Applicants are required to make a philanthropic contribution of at least €10,000.
