What is required for Greece Residency Visa?

Update: The minimum investment is expected to increase from €250,000 to €500,000  in Athens, Thessaloniki, and the main islands from April 2023.

• Must be a Non-EU citizen – at least 18 years old
• Min investment of €250,000 Real estate property OR
• Buy a Plot of land worth a minimum of €250,000

Immigration to Greece – Permanent Residence requirement Details

According to Greek nationality law, after 7 years of physical residence, one may apply for Greece citizenship. Greek passport through the process of naturalization, provided that certain criteria are met. With Greek citizenship, a person also gains Citizenship of the European Union.
