About EB5 BRICS Founder – Vivek Tandon

Vivek Tandon is a US qualified, licensed, and experienced investment banker & an Attorney. Holding FINRA licenses, Vivek Tandon specializes in helping EB-5 investors understand all aspects and facets of their EB-5 investment decisions.

Vivek moved to the US as a 14-year-old and did his Bachelor in Finance and Business Administration degree from California State University Long Beach and followed it up with a law degree from Suffolk University School of Law. He has also completed the Harvard Business School’s Senior Executive Leadership Program – India.

His work experience, prior to founding EB5 BRICS, included:

• An underwriter for a national mortgage bank,
• An intern at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office assisting in criminal prosecution matters,
• A litigation lawyer specializing in consumer protection matters,
• Representing parents in juvenile courts in Los Angeles and Santa Clara Counties as a public defender, and
• An in-house attorney and Business Development Head of an India-based legal technology and services outsourcing company.
