Immigration to the US through EB-5 Visa

The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program offers a relatively quick path to US permanent residence for wealthy investors. A foreign national investing $800,000 or $1.05 million in a commercial enterprise in the US and creating at least ten full-time jobs in the US can qualify for the green card without any family or employment sponsorship requirements.

Investors can opt for the Direct investment option and set up and manage a business in the US and fulfill the investment and job-creation requirements to qualify for the green card.

Or, investors can opt for the Regional Center option where investments from multiple investors will be pooled together by government-approved intermediaries called Regional Centers and invested in projects. This option permits investors to include direct as well as indirect jobs when calculating the total number of jobs created by the project.

EB5 BRICS has guided and helped hundreds of investors from across the world qualify for conditional and permanent residence along with full recovery of their EB-5 investments.

E-2 Visa

The E-2 visa is a non-immigrant investor visa that can be used by foreign nationals to invest in a US business and live and work in the country to manage or work for the same.

An investor can qualify for the visa only if he or she is from a country that has an E-2 treaty with the US. Such an investor can live and work in the US by making a substantial at-risk investment in an existing or new business in the country.

There are no restrictions on the renewal of the E-2 visa as long as the business investment continues to meet the requirements of the visa.

There is no minimum investment requirement and all an investor needs to do to qualify is make a substantial investment in a business in the US.

At EB5 BRICS, we assist investors in exploring both the immigrant and non-immigrant visas for investors.
