The Drunken Dragon was established in 2014 and quickly became one of the most successful Korean BBQ restaurants in Miami. The group owns and operates four successful ventures in Miami: Rácket, CasaTiki, Foxhole, and Drunken Dragon. Hallandale Beach will be home to the 2nd Drunken Dragon location. The Drunken Dragon focuses on creating innovative dinner and lounge customer-driven experiences that entertains clients and creates repeat customers. Project Highlights:

  • 3.0% annual return to individual EB-5 investors, subject to applicable conditions, restrictions, or limitation as set forth in the offering documents. The payment of preferred returns and distributions is not guaranteed.
  • The Project is expected to create 110 net new jobs; Approximately 15.7 jobs per investor, equating to a 50% jobs premium for each EB-5 investor.
  • The Project will be located in a Targeted Employment Area (‘’TEA’’), allowing EB-5 investors to invest at the lower $800,000 investment threshold.
  • The project’s North Miami location is popular with visitors and is experiencing rapid growth, having a 24-hour liquor license. The Project is ideally situated in the Atlantic Village, a mixed-use center with restaurants, entertainment, and a class-A medical center. Drunken Dragon will be the only restaurant in the area to offer lunch, early dinner, dinner, and lounge nightlife services in the area.
  • The total development timeline for Drunken Dragon is estimated to take around six months. The lease on the location has been signed, and construction begun in November 2021. Project completion is expected in May 2022. The Project is also fully financed via a bridge loan from the project sponsor.
  • The Project will cost $4.4 million to develop, open and operate. The Project capitalization is as follows: $800,000 owner equity (20.5%) and $3.5 million EB-5 Capital (79.5%). The EB-5 investors will have a majority ownership interest in the restaurant location.
  • Founder and CEO, Angel Febres, has over 11 years of experience working in the restaurant and entertainment industries. The group owns and operates four successful ventures in Miami: Rácket, CasaTiki, Foxhole, and Drunken Dragon. His success in reaction-creating venues and experiences has gained him his reputation as a successful restaurant operator and concept creator. Further, John Guarnieri will be leading the Projects cash flow management, having previously been a senior director at the public company Compass Group (CPG: LON) – a multi-billion dollar company in food service management.
  • The EB-5 project team has a 100% track record with EB-5 investor I-526 and I-829 petitions, having successfully filed hundreds of investor cases.
  • The Project is being transacted through a licensed and registered U.S. securities broker-dealer, Sequence Financial Specialists LLC (member FINRA/SIPC).
