EB-5 visa category was created by the United States Congress in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors. The program is supervised by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Through the program, USCIS was able to provide 10,000 green cards to investors from across the globe. The goal of the EB-5 investor visa program is to create a “win-win” scenario for all parties involved or affected. The program has been successful and will be viable for many years to come.
